以傳統松露巧克力工藝，先製作滑順的的甘納許(ganache)內餡，再細心費時一層又一層手工沾裹出薄脆的巧克力外殼。不規則又具流動感的形狀，放肆又凝練。鎖住的甘納許融合了清新酸爽的綠檸檬、醇厚的焦糖與香氣馥郁的馬達加斯加香草，久久縈繞齒間。在舌尖徐徐融化，帶來極致的幸福享受。
