使用頂級的整顆榛果自行烘烤並加上特選可可碎細碾而成,55%的榛果含量,其滑潤的口感完全來自於榛果本身富含礦物質的油脂與可可碎含有的可可脂。特意保留榛果與可可碎細砂口感,讓後味昇起的焦焙香,得以平衡抹醬的稠密濃郁,憑添整體風味的深度。
What should all hazelnuts and cocoa spread be like, high in nut content (55% of hazelnut and 9% of cashew nut) and low in sugar. NO ADDED fat of any sorts. Very intense and rich flavour with an original "à l'ancienne" texture.
